Clause 1: Marketplace role
Trip Express operates as a technology marketplace and payment collection agent connecting travelers with independent third-party mobility, yacht, hotel, and experience operators (Suppliers). Physical fulfillment, safety, licensing, insurance, and on-site service quality are the sole responsibility of the independent Supplier.
Clause 2: Liability cap
Aggregate platform liability is strictly capped at the booking fee or transaction value paid on the platform, excluding indirect or consequential damages. Comparative savings figures ('up to 25%') reflect typical industry commission ranges; third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners under Nominative Fair Use.
