Passenger booking details are shared strictly with the fulfilling Supplier as an independent Data Controller under GDPR, PDPA, and Decree 13/2023/ND-CP. Authentication via OneUID (uid.one) uses zero-knowledge OIDC (sub identifier only).
Clause 2: Marketplace role
Trip Express operates as a technology marketplace and payment collection agent connecting travelers with independent third-party mobility, yacht, hotel, and experience operators (Suppliers). Physical fulfillment, safety, licensing, insurance, and on-site service quality are the sole responsibility of the independent Supplier.
Clause 3: AI concierge
AI Concierge chat consultations and itinerary recommendations are informational and assistive tools grounded in Supplier catalogs; final binding prices, taxes, availability, and cancellation rules are determined at checkout.
