Clause 1: Scope of Application and Operating Entity
The SHAN PRIVÉ membership program is a unified loyalty and journey management program applicable across both the primary trip.express platform and the attached shan.voyage domain, legally owned and operated by Trip Express Vietnam Company Limited (Enterprise Registration and Tax ID: 0402217820, issued on December 18, 2023 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang City; registered headquarters at 210 Diep Minh Chau, Hoa Xuan Ward, Da Nang City, Vietnam).
Clause 2: Membership Eligibility and Verification
- Access to membership tiers within the SHAN ecosystem (including SHAN Premier and SHAN PRIVÉ) is granted based on verified completed booking volume across trip.express and shan.voyage or through direct member sponsorship.
- Each member profile is uniquely authenticated via the OneUID (uid.one) Single Sign-On gateway and is strictly non-transferable and non-assignable to third parties.
Clause 3: Dedicated Concierge Service Level Commitment
- SHAN PRIVÉ members receive priority itinerary coordination from our Dedicated Concierge Desk via hotlines +84 888 724 777 / +84 982 066 001 with a fifteen (15) minute response SLA for bespoke transport, yacht charter, accommodation, and dining reservations.
- All reservations arranged through the Concierge Desk adhere strictly to our unified all-inclusive pricing standard (already including VAT, tax invoice issuance, and platform service fees).
Clause 4: Loyalty Credits and Redemption Rules
- Eligible members accrue up to 2.0% in SHAN PRIVÉ Credits on the net settled value of completed reservations across trip.express and shan.voyage.
- Loyalty credits are redeemable exclusively toward eligible future bookings on trip.express and shan.voyage, carry no cash withdrawal value outside the platform, bear zero interest, and remain subject to anti-fraud verification.
Clause 5: Member Conduct and Revocation of Privileges
Members agree to uphold safety regulations, local laws, and respectful conduct across all partner transport vessels, accommodations, and venues. Trip Express Vietnam Company Limited reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke membership status and forfeit promotional credits in the event of payment fraud, promotional abuse, or breach of Vietnamese law.
