To eliminate fake reviews and commercial manipulation, review submissions on trip.express are restricted to authenticated travelers holding a completed, verified booking receipt. We do not accept paid placements or sponsored rating adjustments.
Clause 2: Traveler Conduct
Travelers and Suppliers must treat local communities, cultural heritage sites, staff, and fellow passengers with dignity and respect, and comply with all safety instructions issued by licensed captains, chauffeurs, guides, and venue operators.
Clause 3: Fraud Prevention
Fake bookings, affiliate self-referrals, automated scraping, payment abuse, and harassment result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of promotional credits.
