1.1 Post-Experience Algorithmic Mandate: We exclusively permit the structural publication of Reviews and exact Star Ratings from Users who have definitively and successfully completed a confirmed physical transaction on the Platform. We aggressively utilize machine-learning algorithmic filters to detect, intercept, and permanently incinerate 'ghost' reviews, paid testimonials, or retaliatory content utterly lacking factual basis.
1.2 Prohibition of Commercial Spam: Any structural attempt to utilize our review, comment, or direct messaging interfaces for the unauthorized promotion of third-party services, external URLs, or unsolicited commercial solicitations will definitively result in an immediate, irrevocable, and permanent Account annihilation.
Article 2: Intellectual Property and High-Fidelity Visual Standards
2.1 Absolute Copyright Warranty: By physically uploading digital imagery, video assets, or extensive written content to the Community sections, the User explicitly legally warrants that they possess the absolute, unshared copyright to such architectural assets. The User grants Trip Express a profound, perpetual, royalty-free, and global sub-license to actively utilize, edit, stylize, and comprehensively redistribute these assets for marketing the Platform's elite ecosystem.
2.2 Elite Aesthetic Quality Control: We reserve the absolute, sovereign right to unilaterally hide, deprioritize, or permanently remove user-generated content that is geometrically poor, objectively low-resolution, completely blurry, or structurally detrimental to the premium, minimalist visual luxury aesthetic defining the Trip Express Platform.
Article 3: The Zero-Tolerance Conduct Paradigm
3.1 Unacceptable Prohibited Behaviors: Any content or real-world physical behavior during a booked experience containing demonstrable hate speech, intense regional discrimination, profound sexual harassment, psychological abuse, or aggressive threats of physical violence targeting independent Operators or peer Users will trigger an immediate structural lockdown and ban of the offender’s Account.
3.2 Absolute Forfeiture of Status: In the event of a verified breach of this intense Zero-Tolerance policy, all meticulously accumulated loyalty points, tier statuses within 'The Privilege Club', or active Future Travel Credits will be irrevocably physically forfeited and electronically deleted without any possibility of financial appeal or restitution.
