What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation Policy

At Trip Express, we understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while respecting our local partners.

Standard Terms

  • Free Cancellation: Most experiences offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours prior may be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Non-Refundable: Cancellations within 12 hours of the start time are generally non-refundable.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to My Trips.
  2. Select the booking you wish to cancel.
  3. Click Manage Booking > Cancel.
  4. Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Note: Special events or non-refundable hotel rates will be clearly marked at checkout.
