How do I request a refund for my booking?

Refund Process
If your booking is eligible for a refund according to our cancellation policy, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Trip Express account.
- Go to My Bookings and select the booking you wish to cancel.
- Click on Cancel Booking.
- Review the refund amount (if applicable) and confirm cancellation.
Refund Timeline
- Credit Cards/PayPal: 5-10 business days.
- Domestic ATM/E-wallets: 1-3 business days. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact our support team with your Booking ID.
