How do I request a refund for my booking?

Refund Process

If your booking is eligible for a refund according to our cancellation policy, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Trip Express account.
  2. Go to My Bookings and select the booking you wish to cancel.
  3. Click on Cancel Booking.
  4. Review the refund amount (if applicable) and confirm cancellation.

Refund Timeline

  • Credit Cards/PayPal: 5-10 business days.
  • Domestic ATM/E-wallets: 1-3 business days. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact our support team with your Booking ID.
