How do I receive and use my E-ticket?

Using Your E-ticket

Your E-ticket is sent to your email immediately after booking confirmation.

How to Use

  1. Open the Email: Find the email with subject "Booking Confirmation - [Booking ID]".
  2. Download PDF: Save the attached PDF to your phone.
  3. Show at Check-in: Present the QR code or Barcode on the E-ticket to the service staff (airline counter, hotel reception, or tour guide). Tip: You can also access your E-ticket offline via the Trip Express App.
