1. Double-Entry Clearing Engine
Transactions are processed by the internal ledger service via the finances.Entry double-entry bookkeeping engine:
- Flat Fees: Instead of percentage-based commissions, the system applies a simple monthly subscription combined with a flat $1 - $2 transaction fee per booking.
- T+0 Settlement: Balances are cleared instantly to the supplier's corporate account upon booking verification, enabling immediate liquidity.
2. Dispatch Verification for Event Transit
For corporate event transit, the ledger holds pending payouts until transit milestones are verified:
- Booking Commitment: When a MICE planner uploads a booking manifest, the passenger fee is recorded as a pending ledger entry.
